This small "garden house" located in the centre of Saint-Geniez-d'Olt et d'Aubrac, enables you to take advantage of all the shops, amenities and entertainment without using your car. You will also enjoy a large enclosed garden.
Independant house on the same level than the garden (4 to 6 people, 50 m²) located downtown: 15 rue du Ravieux. Kitchen / living room (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, wifi, 1 sofa-bed 140), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 80). Small shower room, separate toilet, electric heating, large enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue. Access from the street by staircase (1 floor) or from the Place de la Mairie (le Cours) at the same level. Parking space.
