Notre-Dame de Bonneval is a Cistercian abbey in Rouergue, they installed the chocolate factory in 1878, and have been producing the "Chocolats de Bonneval" since. The chocolates of the Abbaye de Bonneval are renowned for the quality of the products used, the careful production and that unique taste that you will appreciate when you sample each product in the range and that has grown over the years.
