Conserverie Quatrefages

The Conserverie Quatrefages is a traditional family business that has existed for more than 25 years, that makes and sells natural pâtés and terrines, guaranteed no colourings nor preservatives.
We offer a large range of recipes based on duck, game, farm poultry, embelished with carefully selected herbs and spices. Some of our products are regional specialities that are really appreciated in the south of France, such as Roquefort pâté, duck terrine with smoked magrets... We regularly present new references, such as the pure duck terrine in 2001 and for the 2002 fête, a quail terrine with foie gras. Our range of recipes is constantly increasing as we search for and discover flavour mixes...
