Boutique Maria Grimal

Roquefort made from raw Lacaune ewe's milk, collected mainly from our farms in Aveyron, Lozère and Hérault.

Aged in a small natural cellar, made of oak bays, located under the Combalou mountain overlooking the village of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon.

Respectful of the know-how and ancestral gestures handed down by our cheesemakers over the years, which give Maria Grimal AOP Roquefort its unique, refined flavors.

In the Maria Grima boutique, we offer a tasting of Roquefort with gingerbread.

We invite gourmets to discover our regional products (jams, chips, cuttlefish sausage, gingerbread...) and beverages (water, beer, lemonade, wine, ewe's milk ice cream).

We also sell souvenirs (cutting boards, magnets, etc.).
