Saint-Affrique is a town in the south of the Aveyron located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Grands Causses. This territory, classified as a Unesco World Heritage Site, is home to magnificent landscapes made up of large natural areas, remarkable heritage and picturesque villages.

The city is nestled in an omnipresent nature that you will be able to explore thanks to the numerous hiking trails, in particular the Dolmens circuit. By bike, don't miss the "voie verte du Saint-Affricain", a family trail partly built on an old railroad.

As for gastronomy, the visit of the Roquefort cheese cellars, emblematic cheese of the Aveyron, is a must.

To refresh yourself, the natural leisure base of La Gravière (less than 5 km from the area) welcomes you on a sandy beach on the banks of the river. Swimming is permitted and supervised from Tuesday to Sunday. Other family activities are offered: children's playground, beach volleyball, swings, ping-pong tables etc.
