This loop around Combalou, home of the Roquefort cheese maturing process, follows the route of a key event in the Hivernale des Templiers: the Rock'Shot. Short distance, highly technical!
The Échelles trail, a trail spot par excellence, the climb up to the Fournials farm to reach the Larzac plateau, and the descent into the majestic Tournemire cirque: three sections of outstanding beauty and technical difficulty! This is a route not to be taken lightly, in the heart of wild landscapes to be savoured in the same way as others savour the delights of Roquefort cheese.
