Sainte Eulalie , at the bottom of a small valley, on the Causse du Larzac, was the capital of the Knights Templar, 12th century religious soldier. At the heart of the old fortified commandry, two of the rampart towers house a character gîte that respects the sobriety of this superb architecture.
