Restored village house 700 m from lake Pareloup, situated in a hamlet 6 km from Salles Curan and the lifeguard patrolled beaches at Arvieu Pareloup and Vernhes. 2 hotel-restaurants in the hamlet, one of which belonging to the house owners, tennis court.Elevated ground floor: kitchenette with microwave, washing machine, oven. Living room: small double sofa-bed, flat screen TV. Separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 single bed and 2 double beds). Each bedroom has a shower room with private WC. Balcony, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, view of the lake. Private garage and parking place close by.
