You will learn about the passionate history of woolen thread through the ages. See for yourself the transformation before your eyes from a fleece through to the thread - brushing and combing the wool, then working it on the spindle , pedalling the arm driven wheel./ courses: spinning on a spinning wheel over 4 days (6 hours per day) at La Couvertoirade. A programme with lots of practice, learn the spinning techniques. You will choose your fleece, you will prepare the wool. Before spinning, the wool is brushed and combed.
