From Rodez (30 min away)
Follow the RN88 and get out at the Tauriac de Naucelle exit.
- Gô area : remarkable view on the Viaduct
- Paul Bodin area : Paul Bodin’s bust and Viaduct access by foot (steep path)
On RN88, get out at the Tanus exit and, at the roundabout, follow Tanus, then « Viaduc du Viaur » :
- Yunnan Terraces area : commemorative scupture of the viaduct’s twinning with the Fake-Namti bridge (China).
Car tour : Ask for it at the Pays Ségali Tourist Information Centre.
Anecdote
Between 1923 and 1978, Albi’s inhabitants could take a concrete replica of the Viaur Viaduct, the Itié bridge, that drove along the Tarn. Today, it is destroyed.
