The parish church of St Martin de Lenne is built on the furthest point of the mound. Successive additions were made, undoubtedly unfortunate, before being rebuilt at the end of the 19th century.

Located on the right bank of the Lot, the parish church is Romanesque and was transformed in the early 18th century.

Saint-Geniez-d'Olt-et-d'Aubrac

It is said that in the late 15th century there lived in St-Geniez a fisherman whose two children had captured a gopher. The little animal ran off scared on a stormy afternoon. The two children ran after it when a violent storm started and immersed the valley in a real deluge. On their return, several houses, including theirs had been washed away. By fleeing the little animal had saved their lives. They were nicknamed "the Marmots". By extension the name was given to all the inhabitants.

The castle of Castelnau was fully renovated in the 16th century. A lordly chapel was erected at the time, within the exterior fortifications adjacent to the old watchtower.

Perched above the town of Espalion, the castle of Calmont d'Olt is a historic monument which dominates the Lot valley. Daily shows and live demonstrations with siege machines everyday during the summer holidays.

In the medieval town of Sévérac, the Consuls' House, a magnificent 17th-century residence, opens its doors in summer.
