A forest path around the periphery offers hikers a unique panorama of the lake where carp and predators are caught.

THE SOURCES AND THE UPPER AVEYRON VALLEY

The Aveyron’s source is in Sévérac-le-Château.

250 kilometres long, it gave its name to our department. Classified in the 1st category at Sévérac-le-Château, at the mouth of the Serre, you will catch brown trout. The Aveyron then becomes 2nd category as far as Laissac where you will find calm water minnows and carp, a No-Kill trout course and a permanent trout course.
