ROAD OF ST. JAMES IN AVEYRON

From the great steppe of the Aubrac to the charming villages of the Lot valley, from the gentleness of the Vallon to the dominating plateaux, let yourself be carried away by this land full of history and emotion.

Today, this heritage has been classed by UNESCO as a world heritage site, as is the ensemble of the Chemins de Saint Jacques de Compostelle.

We invite you to live or relive the adventures of the 12th century pilgrims.

The Aveyronnaise part of the Saint Jacques de Compostelle (GR® 65) covers 102km between the Aubrac and Livinhac-le-Haut in the Lot valley and represents 5 days’ walking.

Saint-Côme-d’Olt – Estaing

These two villages, classed amongst the Plus beaux villages de France (most beautiful villages in France), welcome you as you follow the beautiful Lot valley bathed in mellowness and serenity that are found in the ambiance of the villages (Espalion, Saint-Pierre-de-Béssuéjouls).
