This small isolated country house is 2 km from Najac and surrounded by calm. A field separates it by a few dozen metres from the river that flows peacefully and invited you to fish.Small quiet isolated detached house 100 m from the river Aveyron where you can fish in complete tranquillity. Municipal swimming pool and 4 tennis courts, leisure centre (mountain biking, canoeing, kayaks, pedalos) 800 m away. Kitchen/dining room, well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, TV. 2 bedrooms (double bed and 3 single beds). Shower room, separate WC. Electric heating, fireplace with insert stove. Open garden and woodland, terrace in front of the kitchen/dining room. Barbecue, garden furniture.

The 12th and 13th century royal fortress is an extraordinary example of military defences It was actively used in the fight against the Cathars and the Hundred Years war. Its dungeon served as a prison for the last Knights of the Rouergue.
