At the foot of the majestic Viaur Viaduct, this gite in an ancient mill on the river Viaur is a magnificent place for lovers of heritage and wild nature. The garden is an island on the Viaur. Gites de France(AYG4056).
Refurbished water mill on 3 levels: 5 bedrooms (2 with fireplace) with 1 bed of 160 cm, 3 beds of 140 cm, 2 beds of 90 cm. 3 bath/shower/rooms. A kitchen and a 120m² living room with all the historic pieces of the water mill. The living room includes a chimney, Hifi ...

Closed terrace and wooded "island" of 3,000 m².

The water mill is located between Albi and Rodez and near the listed villages of Sauveterre-de-Rouergue, Monestiès and Belcastel.
