Complete naturalist, ecologist before his time, Jean-Henri Fabre (1823-1915) is world renowned for his observations on living things, his talents as a writer, his pedagogy and his poems in occitan. The house where he was born enables you to discover the setting of his childhood life in the Rouergue. Displays tell you about his life and present his numerous works on plants, insects and other small living creatures. Interpreted visits, discovery of Saint Léons, field visits (botanical, lady-birds, migrating insects), history of the small living things in the insect garden. Events programme on request.
