Restaurant du Mas Naut
The restaurant and the snack will make you discover the gourmet Aveyron cooking and savour the traditional local produce on the side of a small body of water.
The restaurant provides catering in a natural setting where you will enjoy regional produce such as the veau d'Aveyron (Aveyron veal), Roquefort cheese, Laguiole cheese, aligot saucisse (mashed potatoes with cheese, cream and garlic, served with sausage), estofinade (dish based on dried fish and potatoes) and culinary specialities from Aveyron. Watching a suckIng pig roasting or a ham cooking over a wood fire, learning about the baking of a spit cake and of a fouace (A treat for the palate to accompany your breakfast) provide a great deal of pleasure. But if you are in a great hurry, the snack is a good alternative that will provide you with sandwiches, hamburgers or paninis revisited in an aveyronnais style that you can eat-in or take-out.
