Apartment with all comfort in the city center of Rodez. It is located at 50m from the Cathedral, in a pedestrian street, at the first floor of a historic building from the 16th century. Ideal for 2 people, it can welcome easily 4 people (sofa bed).

The apartment includes 1 main room with an equiped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine... all the equipment you need), 1 room with a 140cm bed (quality bedding), 1 bathroom with toilets. Possibility to park in our garage : 20 euros per week.

Close to the apartment, you will find : Museums (Soulages, Denys Puech and Fenaille), pool, cinema, restaurants, golf course. A farmers market takes place 2 minutes from the apartment twice a week (on wednesdays and saturdays).

Price : 350 euros per week. Deposit : 300 euros.

Possibility to sleep in the living room : sofa-bed for 2 people.
