Paradise of calm and greenery, the gîte Le Garric, equipped with a swimming pool, welcomes you for holidays with family or friends. Situated right in the heart of the Tarn valley, you will enjoy a magnificent setting and exceptional view. You will stay in a recently renovated house situated on a site with two other gîtes. Numerous activities are to be enjoyed: you can make the most of the surrounding countryside going for walks, mountain biking, horse riding and there is the river Tarn just below the house for fishing, swimming or canoeing.
Detached house on one level in the middle of the country, 2 other rental properties on the site. On the first floor: kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Dining room/lounge with bay windows, fireplace/wood-burning stove, TV, sofa. Bedroom (2 single bunk-beds), bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with double bed. Shower room, separate WC. Terrace,: garden furniture, barbecue, garden. Swimming pool with sun-loungers shared with 2 other gîtes open from June to September according to the weather. 6 acres of grounds around the property, pétanque area. Two mountain bikes available. Complete electric heating + reversible air conditioning in the lounge. Short weeks and single nights possible.
