Le Sarget. A philosophy before all! A small handmade production with an excellent quality made of jams and other delights prepared in the purest gastronomic tradition without preservative nor additive. My method of production is respectful of the environment, with a view to preserbe the natural ressources and balance.
The products of Sarget, of which the reputation now crosses the Aveyron borders, are primarily popular among amateurs atached to traditions. Master Jam Maker, Monique Decanali makes fruity and intense flavoured jams, local and artisanal creation. Sales at the farm and local stores.
