If you want to eat real local produce and taste the best that the "terroir" has to offer, head to one of the frequent markets where you'll meet indigenous producers and breeders. From the farm to the fork - there's nothing more authentic!

Every Sunday morning from mid-June to mid-September, on the carpark in front of the Centre Culturel, youll find the delicious aromas of freshly cooked aligot mixing with the tang of goats cheeses and the sweet smells of fouace, gateau à la broche (a sweet cake cooked on a spit) and the fruits of the season. Here, adjacent to the old town, local producers and artisans gather behind their colourful stalls to offer fresh fruit and veg, wines, cheese, honey and much more. Over 30 local producers are waiting to share their knowledge and skills with you.
