Discover these unusual sports in a nature course of the Lézert Valley, close to the Royal Bastide.

Concept:

They are multigenerational sports one can play alone or with opponents.

> Disc-golf:

This is a variation of golf you can play with a frisbee. It consists in reaching each basket with a minimum of tries. For more information, you can visit the French website www.disc-golf.fr.

> Foot-golf:

It is also a variation of golf you play with a ball this time. The aim is to reach the hole, with a minimum of tries too. To learn more about it, visit this sport's official French website.

Course of the La Gazonne Leisure Area:

You can download it thanks to QR codes on the notices directly on site. You access it freely all year round.

The one for disc-golf is made of 18 stages, for a total distance of 1,901 metres. Regarding footgolf, it includes 6 stages.

Equipment:

It is possible to rent frisbees at the Tourist Information Centre in Sauveterre-de-Rouergue during opening times or directly on site in summer, at the La Gazonne swimming pool.

No ball renting : you need to bring your own.
