At the heart of the Rouergue, the Miellerie du Val de Serre invites you to discover the marvellous world of bees and the riches of the products from the hives. The business has 350 hives that produce 6 to 7 tonnes of honey per year. Our "Causse du Rouergue", " Monts d'Aubrac" and "Acacia" varieties are mainly retail marketed.

Half way between Conques and Rodez, the vineyards cover some 500 acres in the heart of a precious valley. The main grape variety is the mansois, it is only exceptionally mixed and never more than 10%. The soil makes the difference by providing subtle nuances according to the location: limestone on the upper slopes, limestone scree on "rougier" mid-slope and "rougier" lower down.

At La Frayssinette, Françoise and Michel ALAUX produce their wine on dry stone terraces and invite you to taste it in their traditional cellar.

Francis Grau et Guillaume Barrau ont constitué un élevage sur le Domaine de Nayac, dans la commune de Saint Rome de Tarn.
