Dans une cave naturelle, Marius et Claude affinent un délicieux fromage de Cantal, ils vous ouvrent les portes de cet endroit original.
Visite d'une cave naturelle d'affinage de cantal et dégustation. Marius et Claude vous feront également la démonstration de la fabrication d'aligot. Vous pouvez vous restaurer sur place le mardi à 12h du 24/07 au 21/08. Vente directe. Accès : sur la route entre Mur de Barrez et Brommat, arrêt au niveu du panneau "carrefour contact".
