CHATEAU DE TAURINES

13th-14th century château restored by the Association for the Animation du Château de Taurines, in association with the "Compagnons du Devoir" travelling professional craftsmen and women.

13th-14th century château situated in the heart of the small rural village of Taurines. The château is open to visitors and also hosts socio-cultural events: contemporary art exhibitions set up by the Musée des Abbatoirs de Toulouse, Jazz evenings, theatre, etc... Marked footpath leaving sfom the château (one and a half hours). To see in the villages: the church and it's wooded altarpiece.
