ROC ET CANYON - VTT
Cultural or sporting rides on mountain bikes. The Causses are a magnificent playground: great expanses, variety of reliefs, long descents and a climat suitable for rides all year round. The package most often chosen is climbing up onto the Causses in a minibus (with the mountain bikes in the trailor!) saving the paths across the Caussenards plateaux and the down hill sections into the gorges for mountain biking. These rides are a mix of sport, environment, culture, heritage, meetings, history and descents.
That said, other more hardened will choose to climb onto the Causses on mountain bikes, with an instructor or on their own, flat out or having breaks along the way, on marked tracks or finding their own way... In short, the possibilities are numerous and for you to choose!
